Transmitter PR was founded by Greg McGunagle in 2018. Greg has spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of media and real estate, representing leading landlords, developers, brokerages and investment platforms. Over the course of his career, he has helped launch more than 85 residential rental and condominium developments in the United States and abroad.

Prior to founding Transmitter, Greg held senior roles at a national real estate public relations firm, an international commercial brokerage and a national media outlet covering commercial real estate and finance. This background provides clients with a rare combination of media insight, market knowledge and industry relationships.
