Transmitter was founded by Greg McGunagle in 2018.  Greg's expertise in real estate communications spans to all corners of the industry including residential, commercial and hotel owners and developers; national commercial real estate agencies; residential brokerage and sales and marketing firms; and real estate finance and investment companies.  To date, Greg has launched more than 85 residential rental and condominium developments in the U.S. and abroad.

Greg brings a unique set of experiences to clients having served in senior positions at a national real estate PR agency, an international commercial brokerage firm and a national media outlet specializing in commercial real estate and finance.  As a result, he has relationships with media professionals in nearly every major city across the country and understands the nuances of each market.  Greg provides proven, high-level strategic advice to clients that are realistic, obtainable and highly successful.

Transmitter is based in New York City in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.  The firm's name is inspired by nearby Transmitter Park, once home to WYNC radio's twin transmission towers--and our love for broadcasting your message out to the world.
