About Greg McGunagle

Transmitter PR was founded in 2018 by Greg McGunagle, a communications strategist with more than 20 years of experience representing leading real estate owners, developers, brokerages, investment platforms and industry organizations.

​

Over the course of his career, Greg has helped launch more than 85 residential rental and condominium developments in the United States and abroad. He has also advised clients on commercial leasing, acquisitions, financing, development, corporate positioning, crisis communications and executive visibility.

​

Before founding Transmitter, Greg held senior roles at a national real estate public relations firm, an international commercial real estate brokerage and a national media company covering commercial real estate and finance. This combination of agency, brokerage and media experience gives Transmitter’s clients a valuable perspective on how real estate stories are developed, evaluated and ultimately brought to market.

Transmitter is headquartered in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, steps from Transmitter Park—once home to WNYC’s historic radio transmission towers and a fitting inspiration for a firm dedicated to helping its clients’ stories travel farther.
